Meet Amy King, Project Lead & User Researcher

Amy works closely with our design and engineering teams to keep projects organized and moving forward. She partners with our Product Design Lead on stakeholder interviews and user research, helping uncover insights that guide product direction throughout the design process.

Amy also contributes to content writing and messaging strategy for websites, applications, and marketing materials. With more than ten years of experience in internal and external communications, she brings a thoughtful, customer-centered perspective to every project.

Her background spans a wide range of organizations, from restaurants and retail stores to public libraries and art museums. Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Southern Oregon University and a User Experience Certificate from the School of Visual Concepts.
