
Meet Khaiersta Flowers English, Founder & Product Design Lead
Khaiersta founded Flower Press Interactive and leads product design and creative direction across the studioโs work. She collaborates with design and engineering teams to shape product strategy, system architecture, and user experience for the applications and platforms the studio builds.
Her work often begins with stakeholder interviews and user research, translating insights into product structure and design direction. Khaiersta has a background in both advertising and user experience design and focuses on creating software that is clear, intuitive, and thoughtfully designed.
Before founding Flower Press Interactive, Khaiersta held roles at Nike, Harry & David, Zazzle, and the Trada Group in San Francisco.
She received her BS in Advertising and Marketing from the University of Oregon, completed the MBA LEAD Certificate at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and pursued training in User Experience Design and User Research at the School of Visual Concepts.
