Khaiersta Flowers English, Founder & Creative Director, handles UI/UX design, product design and creative direction. She works with our design team to create custom, branded user interfaces, websites and applications that are clean and functional. Khaiersta received her BS in Advertising and Marketing from the University of Oregon. She has a background in traditional advertising and user experience design. Her corporate clients have included Real Simple, Time, Inc., SurveyMonkey, Visa and Disney. She has held full-time positions at Nike, Harry & David, Zazzle and the Trada Group in San Francisco.
Matt Rabe, Sr. Software Engineer, works primarily in custom software development using PHP, MySQL, Python, JS, React and Angular. He is skilled at planning custom websites and applications with future growth in mind. Matt has worked extensively with APIs and collaborates with the open source community. Matt studied Computer Science at the University of Oregon. He has been building websites, applications and custom software for over 20 years.
Eric Baldoni, Sr. User Interface Engineer, works closely with our visual design team to execute pixel-perfect responsive websites and applications. Eric works in HTML5, CSS3 and JS and leverages frameworks such as Foundation. He received his BFA in Graphic Design from Boston University and has worked as an Art Director, Designer and UI Engineer. Eric has been building websites for over 15 years and executes complex, responsive UI builds with care, ensuring that they perform properly on all supported devices.
Laura Sherman, Sr. Visual Designer, works closely with our Creative Director to craft unique brand identities, user interfaces, websites and applications. She has been designing creative solutions for over 15 years. She received her BFA in Graphic Design from Northern Arizona University, along with a BA in French. Her corporate clients have included Wells Fargo, Charles Schwab, Stanford Hospital, and Oracle. She crafts smart, unique design solutions across a range of disciplines. She thrives in an engaging, forward-thinking, and international culture.
Andy Fitzgerald, Sr. User Research Specialist, specializes in design research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing. Andy has worked with clients of all sizes in transportation, retail, media, government, and education and focuses on creating flexible structures for understanding in the connected environment. His past clients include Providence Health Services, Microsoft Ventures, Showtime Networks, Alaska Airlines, the University of Washington, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and the State of California. Andy is an alum of frog design and Deloitte Digital and served as Associate Creative Director and UX Competency Lead for Deloitte Digital’s Seattle Studio. Andy has given talks and workshops all over the world and writes regularly on information architecture, interaction design, and embodied cognition.
