The scope included UX design, logo and visual identity creation, structured questionnaire design, and prototyping key features to guide plan selection. The client needed a tool that could integrate with an existing API to match users with suitable plans based on their profiles, estimate out of pocket costs, and offer a smoother, more trustworthy experience.

Flower Press conducted stakeholder meetings to understand requirements and preferences, designed a logo and visual palette aligned with the mission, prototyped key screens, and tested flow and language with users. They built the UI components in React and worked with Medicare Shopper’s developers to launch the product.
