The Challenge

Seneca Group is a well-established real estate advisory and development management firm. Originating in Seattle, Seneca Group has been actively expanding to the East Coast and beyond. This growth has required a website tailored to a more international audience who may not be familiar with the services Seneca Group offers and its many past projects. In addition, the site needed to be easy to keep updated with the latest work and information.

The Outcome

The new Seneca Group website is built for both long-time partners and prospective clients new to the firm’s expertise. Clear menu options for projects, services, and sectors help users quickly find what they need. Extensive team bios are in place so potential clients know who they will be working with. WordPress templates make building complex pages and adding blog posts and articles straightforward for the Seneca Group team.

Our Approach

Flower Press Interactive spoke with stakeholders and current partners to determine how to best serve both current and potential clients. Interviewees consistently mentioned the importance of testimonials and social proof. This led to multiple testimonial blocks throughout the website. Flower Press designers used existing imagery to inspire page layouts that showcase Seneca Group’s unique value and expertise. Custom icons were created to represent services and sectors. Flower Press engineers then used Generate Blocks to build the site and created templates to simply create new project pages. Extensive filtering options were added to help users quickly find what they need using a variety of entry points. Flexibility for future adjustments was built into the admin so the Seneca Group team can continue to evolve the website as they grow.

Ongoing Growth

Seneca Group continues to be a leader in real estate development in the Pacific Northwest. As it builds its brand across the country and internationally, the Seneca Group website is now well-positioned to grow in tandem.
