The Challenge

Car Wash Enterprises, Inc. has over 60 Brown Bear Car Wash locations in the Pacific Northwest. As a company that washes over 4 million cars per year, it needed an easy and efficient way to capture customer concerns and streamline operations.

The Outcome

The Site Operations App is an enterprise application, built for iOS using React Native. The system allows onsite management to submit and track incidents and build peace of mind for their customers.

Our Approach

Car Wash Enterprises, Inc., engaged Flower Press Interactive to build an app to streamline and simplify its internal operations. We met with stakeholders, including car wash attendants, regional managers, and senior leadership, to determine how best to improve their documentation and reporting process. Their existing process was paper-based and manual with many steps between each level of management approval.


We built the app in React Native, keeping the employee experience in mind. The app enhanced customer-facing reporting and created documentation for internal records.

The Site Operations App will include future features to help streamline Car Wash Enterprises, Inc.’s operations. Capturing customer concerns and efficiently dealing with incidents is the first step in enhancing customer experience.
